Beautiful large villa with garden, to spend a beautiful holiday in a relaxing environment.

You will have the opportunity to play tennis, football, petanque, table tennis and swim in a very large swimming pool. The house offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a 50 sqm veranda to use as a dining room and a lounge in woven banana to enjoy a pleasant aperitif. The villa offers the opportunity to watch TV with many foreign channels, air conditioning, underfloor heating, fireplace for barbeque, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and many other things. Very quiet.

Prices for one week

starting from 1800€ to 3200€ + 50€ for final cleaning. The price is indicative and dynamic and changes according to the season and the number of people, we will always make the best offer to the customer.
The price of the tourist tax is 2,50€ per day per person over 14 years.
Heating: 5€ per day
Air conditioning: 5€ per day
Check-in: saturday from 15:00
Check-out: saturday before 09:00

There are many places to go and visit both on foot and by bike. We have Monte Baldo or the Garda bike tour combined with beautiful walks on the Rocca or along the Lake.

All our villas and apartments offer the possibility of connection with internet wifi networks.

LINEN AND CLEANING

In all our units we will provide you with complete linen and general cleaning and on-call cleaning.

In our area we have renowned restaurants where you can taste the delights that our land offers us and with the goodness of wine.

Surely the Sigurtà park with lunch in Borghetto famous for tortellini, Madonna della Corona or the cable car for the climb to Monte Baldo and a trip by ferry.

POLICY

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out at 9:00, unless otherwise agreed.
Upon arrival, each guest have to show an identity card to complete the registration formalities.
Payment for the stay is possible only cash, with also a deposit of € 500 for any damage which will be returned upon departure.

SAFETY

We do not take any responsibility for any items left unattended in the house. Guests must keep all valuables well.
At night, customers should not let other people sleep in the home.

LIABILITY

Our responsibility for unespected events that deny customers to continue their stay, will be limited to the refund of the remaining part of the amount paid, without you having any credit towards us.
We will do our best to find you a suitable alternative.

COSTS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

The services that are included in the price provided are electricity, water, gas, sheets and towels and in long stays you will have the opportunity to request one change of linen when you want.
Final cleaning are paid by the customers as specified.

COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

The costs of heating and air conditioning are not included, and it's amount to € 5 per day each one, if you request for them.

TOURIST CITY TAX

Tourist tax is 2,50€ per day for people over the age of 14 and as it is not included in the price, it must be paid at check-in. For information www.comune.bardolino.vr.it

PETS

Pets are not accepted.

SMOKING PROHIBITED

It is forbidden to smoke inside the houses. Only outside.

IMPORTANT

Our booking confirmation email is the only document that will allow you to be sure of your stay.
We will send you an email with all the booking confirmation data, after receiving the bank transfer of 25% of the total amount.

The data processed are the name, surname, telephone number, email address, data for processing of the requested stay.

We inform you that the personal data you provide may be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the obligations of confidentiality.

The processing of personal data must be understood as: "any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or a set of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring , storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or the destruction".

3. PURPOSE AND METHOD OF TREATMENT

The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6) lett. f) EU Regulation 2016/679 for the following purposes: to provide feedback to the request for information sent by you.

4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

The personal data provided will not be disclosed to third parties external to the data controller.

Personal data are not processed outside the EU Area (EEA).

5. PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OR CRITERIA

If the personal data we collect is no longer necessary for any purpose and we are not required to keep it by law, we will do everything possible to delete, destroy or anonymize it.

6. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL
